Haven Suites - Killarney Self Catering

We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment. It did not look like much from the outside, but inside it was immaculate, roomy and comfortable. It was very convenient to down, just steps away. The big attractions were also close by. We had access to a fully equipped kitchen which came in handy. We were also happy that we could use the washer and drier. We would stay here again if we were in Killarney. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The one-bedroom apartment was very well located, roomy, well furnished, and very clean. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, complete with coffee, tea, creamers sugar, biscuits, salt and pepper, for our use. It was also very quiet even though all rooms were rented while we were there. It had a recently remodeled bathroom and adequate WiFi. Lots of literature for local touring was already in the room, along with a binder of information about the property and recommended local restaurants and pubs. Big bonus for us were the free laundry machines down the hall, with washing powder supplied. We could not have been more comfortable and were very pleased to have found such a great place at such an affordable price.

There is no elevator, which we were aware of when we rented the unit, but the wide and carpeted stairway made getting our luggage up and down fairly easy. (Also, Donal, the owner, met us at check-in to help us with the luggage.)

Donal was a true gentleman, came and met my partner very late to hand us the key, he kindly walked up to the room with us and showed us where everything was, place was spotless, very safe and secure parking, we had rang on our last full day to see if we could get extra towels and was very impressed with the fast service

The people managing the apartments were very kind and considerate. Very clean, top location. Would highly recommend!

It is well located and quiet. I appreciated the laundry facilities.

Really nice apartment. Dónal met us and brought up some luggage for us and made sure we knew how to use everything. Apartment was spacious, cheery, clean, well stocked. Great location. Good parking.

Not their fault - GPS had trouble finding it. Otherwise no complaints at all!

The location had a convenient and secure parking lot attached and was just a block away from a grocery store and a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well appointed.

The bathroom was spacious and functioned well, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom was comfortable

Our apartment felt very utilitarian, the patio was very unwelcoming and the furniture in no way matched the much nicer photos on booking.com. The door to our apartment was like a storeroom at the end of a forgotten corridor, the lights didn't work and they appeared to be storing furniture next to our door, kinda creepy...

An older building with very adequate facilities in the apartment. Whilst not fancy it had everything I needed including laundry facilities.

Stairs were an issue for me but Donel was more than happy to take my luggage up the stairs for me.
