Lake View Galway City

The property was clean and the facilities were decent. Good location . The main issue was the mattress — the springs are quite worn and squeak with every movement, making it hard to sleep comfortably. It definitely needs replacing. Also, it would be more convenient if proper body wash and shampoo were provided instead of just handwash for the shower. Lastly, the location should be updated on GPS mapping apps — it was tricky to find for us and for taxis as well.

Dreadful bed, springs all broken, mattress should have been dumped years ago No coffee or tea supplied No towels supplied for 1 room - finally advised where to locate outside in cupboard Had to contact owner to locate key for laundry Traffic noise was very loud - it was an extremely busy road. Steps up to apartment & then steps down to bedrooms - could have been avoided by downstairs access! If the street number was more visible would have helped finding it! Overpriced for what we got, this was probably our worst accommodation & was also the most expensive!

Had not been cleaned from previous tenants. Washing machine broken. One of the the double beds springs were broken. Kitchen tap nearly off the wall. Hit head on board in on one of bathrooms above toilet which was black and not obvious

Needs attention - No washing machine that worked (we selected this accommodation as it stated a washing machine on booking.com site - which we required), fridge / freezer had mold that we had to clean before putting our food in, double bed in large room downstairs was so bad my wife went and slept in single bed, ceiling in ensuite over toilet in other bedroom so low that my daughter hit her head on - needs a warning sign about it. Very busy and noisy road from traffic.

Spacious. Both bedrooms with en-suit bathrooms.

Beds too soft and it was a bit noisy during the night as its on a fast road/street.
