Nessuna interazione con i proprietari, non ci hanno dato gli asciugamani per viso e bagno, ci hanno promesso di darceli il giorno dopo e non abbiamo ricevuto nulla. In più per farsi perdonare del ritardo nella pulizia della camera, alle 18.30 non era pulita ancora, ci hanno promesso un check out spostato. La mattina del check out, l’orario era quello stabilito ovvero le 10 del mattino. Peccato perché il posto è davvero bello. L’assistenza verso gli ospiti davvero scadente e impersonale.

Es muy amplio, con 2 habitaciones y 3 baños, más salón y cocina. En la cocina había café, te, azúcar, sal, detergente lavavajillas, detergente lavadora, etc. Muy completo.

No había plancha. El parking quedaba a unos 10 minutos, pero bueno, es lo que hay. Sin parking es imposible aparcar en Galway

Great location and very good facilities

Parking was difficult to find and a bit of a walk

Very clean and newly renovated inside although outside area rather shabby. Very spacious with almost everything a family would need for a comfortable stay close to the city train and bus stations. Quiet location but felt safe. Everything a family would need for a longer stay also - dishwasher, washing machine, new fridge freezer. Modern bathrooms.

TV didn’t work at all. We did call and was told someone would come and sort it but it never worked. Also couldn’t connect to internet although we tried the password we were given a number of times. Curtains let in a lot of light very early in mornings.

It was a great stay with an excellent view and location.

The apartment was clean and bright.

The washer/dryer was not functioning properly. It washed, but on the spin cycle it vibrated and made a horrible noice until we turned it off. A lovely woman came to help, she told us it was new. Could it be the installer didn’t balance it?

Liked that the apartment had two bedrooms. Very spacious and all facilities available. Good value for money. Right above public transport.

No personal interaction - felt a bit sterile. Hard to find. Furnishings felt sparse.
