Lovely spacious apartment overlooking the water

The property is located in quiet surroundings with a lovely bar and restaurant attached. Whilst the bar and restaurant close early evenings the main town of Carrick and Shannon is only a 10 minute drive away. The Accommodation was very clean, modern with up to date facilities. Highly recommended.

A massive thanks to Fiona for providing this fabulous apartment, it was so clean and comfortable. We attended for a family wedding nearby and it felt like a home away from home. My parents and my family couldn't speak highly enough about it and are already eager to return in the future! Fiona is a fantastic help and great communication. It was made even better by allowing my Labrador come away with us and enjoy her big cosy bed!

Stunning views in a fantastic spacious apartment. Lovely and quiet area.

The place is starting to need some attention with quite a few fittings not working ( ie bedroom lighting circuit - all out, sink cabinet drawer broken, 2 sink plug bottle traps not working, kitchen tap continuous leak etc). Some areas would benefit from a lick of paint.

Fantastic property, extremely spacious, spotlessly clean & the most amazing views of the marina from the living room, Lough Key Forest Park 7 mins drive was stunning, boat hire, forest walks, great cafe, perfect for all age groups, the Waterfront Restaurant downstairs from apartment is fabulous, food amazing, staff very friendly & welcoming, a perfect holiday, we look forward to coming back & a big thank u to Fiona, very helpful & kind😊
