The Village Rooms

Dieser Urlaub war genau dass, was wir uns für eine Familie mit Kindern vorgestellt hatten.Ein kleines Apartment und kein Zimmer in einem Hotel mit straffen Essenzeiten. Hier komnten wir uns selbstversorgen und jedes der Kinder isagt, dass irgendwann, dass sie Hunger haben und da kann man schnell was zubreiten. Die Ausstattung hatte alles was ein Haushalt benötigt. Die Einrichtung war klassich ländlich und besonders bequeme Betten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundiich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Zimmers war perfekt an der Kreuzung, denn dies war immer der Ausgangspunkt für diverse Trips. Im grossen und ganzen ein perfekter Urlaub für unsere Familie.

It was large, clean and inviting. There was a nice selection of breakfast foods and the fridge was stocked with juice milk and butter.

I did not know how to use the coffee machine.

Cosy room situated above old pub. Well equipped and spacious. Close to Dundalk and Blackrock.

Für ein Nacht ok...

Der Backofen war leider überhaupt nicht sauber. Hier hätten wir nichts kochen wollen. Es gibt in beiden Räumen ein grünes Notausgangschild, welches die ganze Nacht leuchtet. Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Very clean appartment, very comfy beds and couch. Wi Fi was patchy. No issues at all contacting host. Washing machine was not in the appartment itself but accessible. Quiet. Great to have OJ, milk, butter in fridge, cereals, jam. tea and coffee supplied. No difficulties, nice break.

Beautiful apartment fully equipped and fresh bread tea coffee bread etc, absolutely spotless clean, sarah showed us to our room as we arrived and she was very helpful

With a family we had room to relax and all the cooking facilities. Shop nearby. Beds very comfortable. We loved the seating area with table outside for the family to play board games in the evening sun.

The green fire exit light was very bright at night, but I know this can't be helped as it was a fire exit.

One of the best stays I've had. The photos on Booking.com don't do the place justice, it's a lot nicer. All the kitchen facilities you need including an Airfryer! We booked just as a place to rest our heads but will be sure to come visit again.

The only thing I could fault was the bed. It was comfortable but a bit noisy if you made any movement.
