Comfortable, good amount of space. Great hospitality by the owner. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. The location was great, a few minute drive from Carbra castle. Would return.

Warm, comfortable, wonderful welcome from Jimmy and so kind to have all beautiful breads and buns milk and tea etc. for us. Jimmy was very kind and helpful.

The only thing that I needed was some clearer instructions for the ovens the cooker and dishwasher.

Loved everything about this property. From the VERY hospitable arrival (with bread, milk, scones and the best apple pie and MORE waiting for us) to the whole house, it was perfect! Lots of room for a family, we were 7 including 3 young kids. The rooms were great sizes, the beds and mattresses were wonderful as were the pillows. Lots of towels and face clothes provided. Two great bathrooms and an extra toilet! Kitchen well stocked with all utensils etc. A smart TV for the kids. Lots of place for hide and seek 😁 A nice big garden. Jimmy was there if we needed him and was asking how we were doing. Loved it 😍 we will definitely return when we can.

Comfortable with plenty of room. Jimmy the host was brilliant, offering to help us with travel to and from the wedding. Checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. From having milk, butter and bottles in the fridge to fresh scones the service is among the best I’ve seen. 2 great nights sleep in one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in.

Very homely, and well proportioned for holding 8 guests. Good heating system for water etc and good layout and space to hold people comfortably. The little touches were especially nice, like the brown bread, scones and jam available on arrival. Milk and butter in the fridge and all the utilities needed to cook and clean. Plenty of towels for your stay and though on the main street very quiet when windows are closed. Clean plush carpeting and an air in the house to say some lived in and loved this house. Not a post modern home but an historic time piece that made you feel your reliving the past but with all mod cons and accomodation expectations available to you. A treasure we'll looked after by it's hosts

Parking access was tricky at rear, and sometimes you had to wait on traffic to clear to go out. However this is only a problem in business hours

Spacious house for all the family to stay . It had everything that we needed for the weekend. Jimmy was very accommodating to us for the entire stay.
