The Koze

The apartment was clean & comfortable, as shown in the pictures. Kitchen came stocked with some water bottles & helpful food bits & bathrooms had shampoo & shower gel. The apartment itself was nicely decorated.

We arrived at our check in time (4pm) & the apartment was still being cleaned so had to wait 20 minutes before accessing. The electricity cut out briefly twice on our first night despite the weather only being a bit wet, not stormy. There are no channels on the TV so unless you have a Netflix subscription etc. you can't watch anything. There is little in the way of eateries nearby.

This was a comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated open plan holiday apartment. We stayed with our two teenage daughters. It heated up well and was very cosy when we got the heating on. The kitchenette felt very hygienic and had everything we needed. We brought food to heat up but you could prepare a simple meal from scratch if the fancy took you. We appreciated the provisions and chocolates left. Host was very responsive and welcoming. We definitely hope to be back. We didn't try the restaurant but it was literally across the car park so would hope to do so next time. The parking was good, pulled up pretty much outside the door.

Instructions on how to access Freeview would have been good - but we were maybe just missing the obvious! Got onto Netflix okay so no major issue.

The location was terrific. Great things to see in the surrounding area, wonderful walks especially the Greenway to the abbey. The food and service at the Clubhouse Bar were superb.

Kitchen was too small. Toilet seat was broken. Bunk beds are not ideal for a married couple

Very nice stay in The Koze apartment. Lorraine has kind and the apartment was clean and very confortable, and very nice. It has a parking and some facilities as a restaurant near the house. Ideal place to relax and connect with Ireland.

Well furnished. It did look much like the pictures

Unfortunately the plumbing /septic had a stink coming from it that was nauseating. Pillows had been fumigated and were unusable. I can see that without these issues it would have been a a good stay

We really enjoyed our stay the apartment was very clean the chocolates and water were a nice surprise .There is an excellent pub/restaurant on site would recommend this property and location. Will be back.
