We loved everything

No breakfast. Location was not what I expected.

The unit is located in a condo/apartment complex with no view and no parking.

Location and size of the apartment. Amazing communication from owner. Very clean and comfortable

No bin in bathroom, broken dry rail and clothes rail in bedroom fell off (all communicated to owner and sorted)

I booked for 2 nights and left after first night. Had I been able to get somewhere else at short notice I would not have stayed at all. The property is dreary and dark. It was very cold in the Apartment when we arrived as I imagine the heating hasn't been on for a while. The heater in the bedroom doesn't work.The windows look like they have never been cleaned, the whole outside is just shabby. The apartment is in a courtyard looking out on bins . The apartment complex is full of refugees and while I appreciate they need somewhere to live it is very noisy and they congregate outside which doesn't lend itself to a relaxing stay. It was also quite intimidating having a group of men practically outside the back of the apartment till the early hours. This Was also outside the bedrooms. The bed sheets had hairs on them and the duvet cover had a cigarette burn. This was my first time in an apartment but I would avoid marine court apartments as the whole complex is run down and noisy. I feel like I have just been robbed of £250.

Beds uncomfortable, not enough pillows, needs a slip mat in bathroom ad shower curtain keeps falling down.

The place needs a deep clean. The mattresses were smelling of mould. Had to give kitchen area a thorough cleaning. Could never close the dirty windows due to bad smell. Levothyroxine tablets found in drawers
