Sapir Boutique Apartments

Perfect, especially the upper appartment with the corner balcony. We stayed two days, one on the upper appartment with the corner balcony and once on the ground floor. I would rate 9 the upper appartment and 8 the ground floor. For sleeping and the beds and good airco both apts get a 10. The lovely view of the main road of the "old city" of the upper apt is really nice, and something you dont expect when booking an accomodation in Be'er Sheva. Check in was almost seemless, a clear photo of the old building or a video or the exact google map link could be given, instead of just text description, but that was really a minor thing. It also has washing machine which after 1 week road trip throughout Israel.and Palestine was much needed. It also has a dryer but couldnt make it work, not sure it works. There was flexibility in checking out of around 1 hour but you have to ask through whatsapp which is fine. Also in booking it was showing fully booked the second night, but having the whatsapp from previous night we have asked and finally there was an available room. Super because it was quite late when we did that. Around the apts are some nice restaurants, a georgian one with fantastic georgian pies/pizzas and a greek restaurant with live music!l, which as greeks we honored by paying a visit 😅

The apt below had some stone but also soft material walls that in some corners created dirt. Not a big deal. The feeling of being on the ground floor was a bit strange to me (some noises, not security door etc). Again, not a big deal but could be an important factor for other people.

The location was good, and the parking lot was near the property. The host sent precise instructions about directions and the key placement.

The property needs to be renovated! All the walls with the signs of peeling paint and aging, hairs in the bathroom, the cleaning level is poor... Cigarette holes in the sofa and bed linens for the kids (partial) are missing.

Good kitchen, coffee machine, many restaurants near, tv working.

Pictures in booking are taken some time ago, apartment and furniture is worn out. Shower is tiny and must be renovated. Sound isolation is poor, and two night we stay there we heard club music all night long.

The apartment is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen and a great balcony. Its location is great, ,in the middle of the old city, so everything is close by: shops, pubs, restaurants etc. . Communication with the staff was convenient. We would definitely come back.
