The location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is big and there’s a private parking lot.

Not very suitable for small children - no high chair at the table, no games in the apartment, no rail in the beds.

The apartment was very organized, 2 minutes walking from the beach, very close to the center of Bat Yam, very close to Jaffa-Tel Aviv, private parking, very good public transportation, very close to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants etc, the owner was very nice and available any time we needed.

The apartment was clean, but not super clean for me.
