יחידה חמודה, עונה על הצורך של לינה. מקלחת ושרותים נקיים. חצר קטנה ונעימה צמודה ליחידה. יש פרטיות.

ברז במקלחון לא עובד טוב ומשפריץ. כדאי לבדוק לפני שאורחים מגיעים. אמצעים להכנת קפה / תה קצת לקויים בחסר.
