Well equipped in terms of kitchen and appliances, very comfortable beds, great AC. TVs with Netflix, good location All in all a great place to stay!!

The owner sent me photos of the apartment , and the apartment was as described. Simple design but has everything that you need. If you are most of the day out in town/beach it’s super comfortable to have it as a base. The communication with the owner was great and over all it was great for our needs.

The bathroom can be upgraded a bit.

It was clean, small yet spacious, had a smart tv and great AC.

No parking. I wish the host had mentioned this, there is 1 parking space dedicated to this facility (which seems to hold a private residence and 3 rental apartments). Whenever a car wasn’t parked in that space, there was a metal lock that was raised to block someone from parking there, seems to belong to the private residence. The street’s parking is little and packed and we had to park a few streets away, very uncomfortable and unfortunate that it wasn’t mentioned.
