New Duplex 3 Bedroom with Jacuzzi

The location is great, close to everything. The duplex seems to be freshly renovated, very stylish and nice. Bed linen is a good quality. Laundry machine and dryer is a huge bonus. Plenty of space, nice balcony with a large table.

First, there is NO PARKING available. Technically, there are supposed to be some free parking on streets around, but factually we never saw a single one unoccupied. So we had to park our rented car at the mall overnight for 25 shekels (18:00-9:00). After that you pay by hour at a much higher rate. Second, water in jacuzzi is only slightly warm and the temperature can't be adjusted, as this setting seems to be locked. We tried having a relaxed evening with family in jacuzzi after a whole day of walking in Jerusalem, but ended up getting cold very soon and everybody had to run to showers to get warm. So not fun. Third, I wish there were more towels available. We each got only 1 towel for all 5 days, and we had to wash them and dry daily, as we were using them 2-4 times per day. Fourth, it would be really nice if the place had laundry detergent, salt and plastic bags for garbage. It probably doesn't take much to include these essential items, but it would significantly reduce a hassle and make our stay at the property more pleasant if we didn't have to eat unsalted eggs for breakfast, share a soaking wet towel between family members while the other ones are being washed and run to the store just to get a plastic bag every time the garbage bin is overfilled.

Great locations, lots of places to eat nearby and a shop within walking distance. Loved the apartment, large, everything you need and more. Great jacuzzi on the roof terrace. On several bus routes outside and lots more within walking distance from Dizengoff. Most accept contactless, very easy to get around.
