"The building wasn't in good shape, but the apartment was nice. Good for a short stay near the beach."

We liked the beach. It is one of the best beaches in Haifa and possibly in all of Israel. The apartment was comfortable for a family of four and the beds were decent.

The apartment didn't have everything that we needed (dish soap, laundry soap, laundry rack), the sheets were musty, the elevators didn't work. The guard took a 500 shekel deposit in cash without giving us a receipt or proof that we paid the amount. The checkout process was long and annoying.

"The property has tremendous potential. The mattress and towels need an upgrade!"

Cleanliness, however it was unclear if the room was to be serviced on a daily basis or not. Had to call to ask for fresh towels and the contact number did not always respond. Location was fantastic with beach in close proximity.The shower was great.There were many good cafes and restaurants for breakfast very close by.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. The towels were cheap, smallish and not premium towels.No hand towels were provided in the bathroom.

"Great location, great view, privacy and quiet. A shame that some features were sub -standard."

Fantastic view. Easy check-in. Quiet. Clean.

No hand towels in bathroom. No liquid soap or shampoo in shower. Hot water pot in kitchen short circuited the electricity in room when attempting to boil water for tea. One of the floor lamps was out of service.
