קרוב למרינה ולים, מרחק של 4 דקות ברגל, אהבנו את הבריכה.

היה לא נקי , נמלים וג'וקים במטבח, אין מים חמים במקלחת, האסלה נוזלת, אין פרטיות בעל הדירה הגיע ללא התראה בערב, וגם יום למחרת בצהריים, החצר משמשת אותם לכל מיני עבודות כך שהמנקה היתה צריכה להיכנס לדירה פעמיים . הספה בחצר מלוכלכת ממש . בנוסף בהזמנה היתה אפשרות לבקש מיטת תינוק, רשמתי בהזמנה. צלצלתי לבעל הדירה ביקשתי עריסה אמר אני אבדוק, אמרתי לו שאני חייבת עריסה ושבהזמנה היה כתוב שקיימת אפשרות להזמין עריסת תינוק, הגעתי רגע לפני כניסת חג עם תינוקת לא היתה עריסה ולא הודיע לי שאין עריסה.
