Great apartment, well maintained, new.... Management communication was fantastic... Tried accommodating our requests as best as they could. Parking spot Location was fantastic. Close to the Shuk, Western Wall and Meah Shiarim....

Everything was new and very clean. Location was amazing, close to everything within walking distance.

The sofa bed has a very thin mattress and it’s very small for two people. Once the sofa bed is open, there’s no room to move in the apartment at all.

Location was very good though don't be fooled into thinking you're in the heart of Mamilla, it's a ten-minute or so walk. But it is on a mainly quiet side street, which is good. However, potential guests should be aware that many of the apartments in the building are still being built and loud construction noise can occur any time during working hours from 7 am on. Not the host's fault, but a disadvantage anyway. The place is virtually brand new, which is nice. Parking was underground, free, and easy. Bed size and comfort in the bedrooms was adequate, although the bedrooms are quite small. There is nowhere to put your luggage, and if you put it on the floor in your bedroom, you will be be tripping over it constantly. Also, fwiw, the place is advertised for six people, but only one adult could really fit on the sofa bed, and I wouldn't put an adult on the sofa bed, very thin and uncomfortable.

(1) Communication from the host. The host made us sign all sorts of paperwork in advance, but then wouldn't give us any info on how to get into the place until like a half-hour before check in time. This 12/2022. There are locks that can programmed remotely with the combination changed. There is no reason to wait so long. What if we had just come into the airport and didn't have cell service yet? (2) We've stayed in quite a few apartments before. Even the ones where you are subletting from residents tend to be handled more professionally than this one, which is obviously only a rental, is. There were NO instructions on how to work anything. This was problematic. For example, there is no hot water until you press a button and wait. For the heat to work properly, you need to turn it up and then put the fun an manual maximum instead of auto. We only got this info by texting the host. As an aside even though the host new we were coming, when we arrived the heat was off and it was quite cold. Is it really too much to ask to turn the heat on so the apartment is comfortable when the guests arrive? Again, in 12/2022 there are remote thermostats so even if you can't make it to the apartment, you can still adjust things if you are a good host. There was also NO information about the local area, supermarkets, restaurants, anything, which in our experience is standard. (3) The host was not very responsive. He did provide instructions when asked, but when told the floor was dirty, instead of sending someone to clean, he just denied it. He told us that each of the 2 bathrooms had their own heaters because there were no central air vents in them, but they didn't work, we told him so, and he just ignored it. He also said that he would come by and check on the heating issue, but did not come. (4) As noted elsewhere, some basic amenities like paper towels were missing.

Lovely apartment, short walk to Ben Yehuda’s cafes and shops and Mahane’ Yehuda market. Short drive to Mamilla mall and a rare find underground parking in the building. The apartment is brand new and is well equipped with cooking facilities, ironing board, washer and a dryer. Thank you Mandy for being attentive to our needs. Regards, Richard.

If you could have more coffee pods that could have been lovely, but other than that it was a really nice stay.
