The owner was very kind and quick to respond to a small problem we had. Check-in instructions were clear. The heating worked well, so did the hot shower. The linen and towels were clean

The apartment wasn't clean. The cupboards, drawer, fridge had crumbs/dirt in them. When we opened the couch to make a bed out of it, it was full of dirt/sand. The bathroom flooded completely from every shower. The floor wasn't clean, holes in the wall. The washing machine wasn't connected to the water supply nor to the drain. The apartment has potential, but a lot of work has to be done.
