Bat Yam apartment

This owner is nothing other than a vey unprofessional and disrespectful fraudster and scammer. They operate in a very unethical manner and swindled my payment. They did not provide the accommodation, did not respond to any communications and repeatedly lied to booking.com regarding the progress of my refund. I have now been told that I have to wait another 30 days to receive my refund. UNLESS YOU ALSO WANT TO BE SCAMMED BY THIS FRAUDSTER, I CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY OR OWNER TO ANYONE.

Great really big, modern, completely new/renovated flat. It has Everything you need or even more: balcony, tv with netflix, wifi, well equiped kitchen, even Strauss water filter for drinking water, Air con, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Host Dana is nice and always helpful. It is around 10-15 minutes to beach in Bat Yam. Supermarket around 200 m. Many shops and restaurants closeby.

No private parking but this is not problem as you can find free parking places around. For example near park down the street.

The apartment exceeded my expectations it was very clean and almost brand new, Was tidy, clean all the needed utensils , all the needed electrical appliances, coffee machine with frothier was really useful There is children playground next by, several local grocery shops within walking distance The beach is roughly 20 minute walking , parking next to beach is not always available walking was a way to go for me

cigarette smoke coming in occasionally some minor noise from neighbour , not too bad though no parking however can find parking on the street its blue and white coloured means requires local permit or to pay via pango etc. during our stay there was aircon only in the living room (fan was in one of the bedrooms) might get hot during hotter months in Israel

Conveniently located within a short walking distance from the beach, cafés and transport facilities. The flat is very clean and perfectly equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The owner is very nice and helpful! Everything was wonderful, thank you, Dana!
