The location, right by the waterfront and beach promenade, is perfect. It is very central, close to great restaurants, public transportation is easily accessible, and the sea views are absolutely gorgeous. Water pressure, an issue in some apartments in Tel Aviv, was perfect - plenty of hot water.

The information on Booking.Com regarding this property is wrong and misleading. This property does not have a gym, although the listing says it does. It is located in an apartment hotel but is not part of the hotel. The gym requires an FOB to access, but there was no FOB in the unit, and the hotel staff said we were not allowed to access the gym. We sent multiple messages regarding the gym to the property's management, and none was answered, though some other messages were responded to very quickly. Communication, in general, was not great - many of our messages went unanswered, including regarding check-in details. We didn't know how to enter the building (which requires a card to access). The hotel's concierge reluctantly agreed to give us a key to the front door, although the apartment is not part of the hotel. The apartment could use some renovations, and the furniture is not in great condition. The beds are not very comfortable. It is also not a King bed as listed, but rather two double beds joined together.
