Spaciousness; large outdoor terrace; swinging chair and rocking love seat; expansive city view. Interior lighting was good (by Israeli standards). Loved the separation between the bedroom floor and the living space floor. Convenient location.

Very strong afternoon sun heats up living room; there's no operable awning for shade, so we had to close curtains in the afternoon, thus blocking the great view. Large umbrella on terrace was helpful but was not easy to reposition to maximize shade. A TV on the upper floor would be nice. Slip-covered sofa and stools don't look nice.
