The place was excellent for our needs. It is one room with a double bed, a kitchen and a shower. Everything is very compact and simple but nothing was missing - even a small fridge and an espresso machine. We got there late in the evening and left early in the morning, so we didn't mind that the place was small. It was clean and tidy. There is a nice cafe a few steps from the place. The location is superb for those interested in downtown nightlife, with lots of restaurants and bars. We parked our car on the street. Value for money was great. Easy self-check-in.

Old building, and downtown neighborhood - for some it might be unpleasant (depending on your age and interests). The place is very small, but it is priced accordingly.

great apartments, has everything you need, clean, convenient location

There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan and a heater. It was comfortable in September, I don't know what it's like in the heat.
