אכזבה קשה, סכנת נפשות והטעייה בוטה – Green Garden Suite at Royal Park Eilat (יחידת דיור 18) ​הזמנה מטעה, שקרים בוטים וסכנת נפשות ממשית – זה מה שקיבלתי ב-Green Garden Suite (יחידה 18) דרך בוקינג! ​הטעיה ואי-עמידה בהתחייבות – לב העניין: ​הזמנתי דירת נופש שהוגדרה כ"דירת 2 חדרי שינה וסלון". מכיוון שנושא הפרטיות היה קריטי עבורנו, התקשרתי לבעל הדירה, יגאל, לאחר ההזמנה ואישורה, במטרה לוודא פרט ספציפי זה: האם שני חדרי השינה נפרדים, סגורים ובעלי דלת? התשובה של יגאל הייתה חד-משמעית ומצוטטת: "2 חדרי שינה נפרדים וסגורים המופרדים מהסלון." ​מציאות מזעזעת: לא דירה, אלא חורבה מסוכנת! ​כשהגעתי ליחידה באילת נדהמתי לגלות שזו לא דירת 2 חדרי שינה! זו דירת 40 מטר קטנטנה, שבה אחד מ"חדרי השינה" הוא למעשה עלית גג מאולתרת ופתוחה לחלוטין מעל הסלון. אין כל פרטיות כלל! עלית הגג הזו בעלת גובה נמוך ומסוכן – כבר בעלייה במדרגות דפקתי את הראש שוב ושוב בתקרה שגובהה כ-1.5 מטר! ​סכנת נפשות ממשית ומחדל בטיחותי: ​החמור מכל הוא מצב הבטיחות: המדרגות לעליית הגג שבורות ומסוכנות! נפלתי מהן מספר פעמים, וכך גם בתי! זו סכנת נפשות אמיתית ומוחשית שמסכנת כל אורח. זהו מחדל בטיחותי שלא ניתן לעבור עליו בשתיקה. ​תגובת בעל הדירה (יגאל) – התנערות בוטה: ​התקשרתי ליגאל ביום קבלת היחידה (ערב חג סוכות), והוא התנער לחלוטין מאחריות ואמר בפשטות ובחוסר אכפתיות: "זו היחידה ואין מה לעשות." תחושת ההטעיה והזלזול היא בלתי נסבלת. ​מצב ניקיון ותחזוקה - גועל נפש: ​מעבר להטעיה ולסכנה, מצב הניקיון והתחזוקה מזעזע: ​המקום מאוד מלוכלך ומטונף. ​מזרנים וכריות עם סימנים של שתן – דבר שאינו נתפס! ​מזרנים ישנים שאינם ראויים לשינה. ​כריות מגעילות ומצעים בלויים. ​מגבות ישנות וקרועות. ​סיכום ותחושות: ​אני מרגיש שעבדו עלי במרמה תחת חסות השם "בוקינג". אני לקוח נאמן של בוקינג מזה 10 שנים, וזו הפעם הראשונה שחוויתי הטעיה כה בוטה וחוסר מקצועיות כה מחפיר. Severe Disappointment, Immediate Danger, and Blatant Deception – Green Garden Suite at Royal Park Eilat (Unit 18) ​Misleading booking, outright lies, and real danger – this is what I received at Green Garden Suite (Unit 18) through Booking.com! ​Deception and Failure to Uphold Commitment – The Core Issue: ​I booked a holiday apartment described as a "2-bedroom and living room apartment." Since privacy was critical for us, I called the apartment owner, Yigal, after booking and confirmation, specifically to verify one detail: Are the two bedrooms separate, closed, and with a door? Yigal's answer was unambiguous and quoted: "2 separate and closed bedrooms, separated from the living room." ​Shocking Reality: Not an Apartment, But a Dangerous Shack! ​When I arrived at the unit in Eilat, I was appalled to discover that this is NOT a 2-bedroom apartment! It is a tiny, 40-square-meter apartment where one of the "bedrooms" is actually an improvised and completely open attic loft above the living room. There is absolutely no privacy! This loft has a dangerously low height – climbing the stairs, I repeatedly hit my head on the ceiling, which is about 1.5 meters high! ​Real and Immediate Danger and Safety Failure: ​The worst part is the safety situation: The stairs to the loft are broken and dangerous! I fell down them several times, and so did my daughter! This is a real and palpable danger that risks every guest. This is a safety failure that cannot be ignored. ​Owner's (Yigal's) Response – Blatant Evasion of Responsibility: ​I called Yigal the day I received the unit (on the eve of the Sukkot holiday in Israel), and he completely shirked responsibility and stated simply and indifferently: "This is the unit, and there is nothing to be done." The feeling of deception and contempt is unbearable.

יגאל בעל הדירה נחמד מאד, כמו כן שאר הצוות נחמדים מאד,המקום נקי ושקט נוח מאד למשפחות, קרוב קניון אייס מול, ממליץ בחום, אשמח לבקר שוב עם המשפחה.

It was convenient for a family of 6. Staff helped when needed and generally available. The pool looked nice but was closed all hours we could use. Only open 10 to 18.

Little things , door which makes a bang when opening, TV receivers kind of falling apart. Cutlery set kind of basic. Missing teaspoons, bowels, etc. it was OK clean but not super. The smell in the corridor /stairs is not very nice. Not comfortable eating together, a little small.

Location is excellent , beds are comfy

Shower was leaking to the bathroom floor, toilet did not flush right , batteries missing in remotes
