"Amaizing location."

Great location walking distance from the beach. there is many cafes/bars/restaurants and shops near by and surprisingly it’s not a noisy street you can get a proper rest anytime of the day. The apartments has all what you need to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

A bit pricey but it’s understandable everything in Tel Aviv is super expensive.

Good value apartment with absolutely all appliances you would need for your family. We liked the design and the quality of refit. And you will have an elevator, that’s the fun part :)

Your really need to know, that it’s actually noisy , despite the fact that the bedroom is not the front windows , but you will have noise of the bar next door, garbage disposal cleaning during early morning and beautiful songs of the different birds on the tree right next to the balcony . That’s was our alarm each 4:40 am :((( The big bedroom bed is a little shorter than usual size and it is actually to beds , not one queen .. the mattress is ok ✅

1. The kitchen was fully equipped. 2. Location was fantastic.

1. The bathroom was flooded by the washing machine's water discharge. There is no outlet to let the water out. 2. The host took 24 hours to fix the Netflix account on TV. 3. No soaps were provided initially. Only upon our asking, did they give us 2 small soaps which we finished in a week.

1. The washing machine flooded the water all over the bathroom. 2. The gas stove didn't work before it was fixed. 3. The Netflix didn't work for 1 day before it was fixed. 4. The tone of the host while communicating was rude
