Inspirational Apartment

Communication with the owner was very good, he met us outside and told us of local attractions and explained the setup of the apartment. The house is on 2 floors and artistically decorated with a lovely welcome gift. The living area and kitchen were very comfortable and well equipped. Quiet at night.

The bed was firmer than we like and the bathroom was very small but manageable. Noisy because of building works going on during the day.

אחת הדירות הכי טובות שיצא לנו להיות בהן. מיוחדת ויפה במיקום מושלם.הגענו כמעט לכל מקום בהליכה, ולשאר המקומות בנסיעה קצרה באוטובוס. יש תחנה ממש קרובה, גם לקווים של סוף השבוע. הדירה במיקום עם המון בתי קפה, מסעדות וברים, אבל באופן מפתיע, שקטה לחלוטין. דירה נקיה ומעוצבת בצורה יפה ומיוחדת, עם הרבה חשיבה גם על המראה וגם על הנוחות של האורחים. חיים וסמדר היו נחמדים מאוד והתקשורת איתם היתה טובה.

דברים ממש קטנים. הדירה עדיין מושלמת. המקלחת קטנה קצת. זה לא הפריע לנו, אבל אם אתם אנשים גדולים, קחו בחשבון. הייתי שמחה אם היה במקלחת גם דוש שאפשר להחזיק ולא רק מלמעלה, אבל אני מבינה את השיקול בתכנון. הייתי שמחה גם לפח קטן בשירותים..

This is a beautiful loft apartment with the big balcony in the heart of Florentin. It has everything to enjoy time in Tel-Aviv.There are lots of small stores and cafes around. Chaim and Smadar are amazing hosts. The apartment is decorated with lots of paintings by Smadar. Chaim is very responsive if you have any questions. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and very friendly neighborhood. Angelica

מיקום מעולה. נכון יש בניין בבניה בסמיכות.אבל התארחנו בסופש..ככה שהיה נסבל. דירה קסומה מלאה באומנות ומעוצבת בקפידה. דירה גדולה מאוד המון מקומות ישיבה. שני חדרי שרותים. פעם שנייה שלי בדירה הזו ואין ספק שתהיה גם פעם שלישית.

This is my 2nd time to stay at this apartment. I love the place.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need (maybe except toothbrush sets but it’s fine ☺️). Clean and nicely organized. There was a balcony there we could have self prepared breakfast. The main thing is that there is really hot water! It was very important for us especially during the winter. Great hosting and location.

Smada and Chaim were such lovely hosts. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Florentin is a really cool neighbordhood in Tel Aviv and we're so happy we ended up staying here. We also loved the layout of the apartment itself with the bedroom feeling separated from the downstairs. Little random but the blackout blinds were amazing, slept like a baby!

Super minor but the towels shedded a bunch of fluff on your skin after you used them.
