Bright, spacious apartment in great location right next to the beach and Carmel Market area. Responsive host that quickly accommodated any requests and questions. Checking in and out was easy through a lockbox.

Things were a bit tired and worn out in the bathrooms and kitchen. One of the bathrooms had pretty severe black mold (which was worrying given we were travelling with a baby) and the water didn't drain properly to the point of going into the bedroom. Toilet seats were sliding off. A little disappointing given the price.

"Exceptional"

The location is best. Next to the beach and to the Carmel market. Pretty easy to get anywhere. The facilities are pretty awesome for a family to fully function - cook, eat and even have visitors.

There was nothing NOT to like, the place and host were superb.
