The woman Shelly was not helpful she was not friendly it seemed that I was a bother to them because I could not speak the language.. She seemed angry. I recommend no Americans stay there because you will be treated not welcomed.. not helpful...

Все очень, исключительно хорошо! Чисто, уютно, есть всё, что необходимо. Даже со стоянкой особых проблем не было. На кухне было все, что нужно. Огромный качественный телевизор. отличный душ, из которого вода не вытекает на пол. Даже стиральная машина была, правда, мы ей не пользовались. И хозяйка - чудо!

Общая проблема для Тель-Авива - полотенца не успевают высыхать после использования. Но это везде так. Решением было бы наличие сушильной машины, но я ее не видел нигде.

It was clean, the homeowner left us milk and a bottle of water which was very nice. The towels and bedding were clean and had a pleasant smell. The area is quiet and close to a supermarket and a small cafe, there is plenty of street parking which you pay for with pango app.

There were no instructions on how to work the tv and we didn’t manage to see anything. We were asked to use the vent if we cook but couldn’t find the switch to put it on, I believe an instruction page would have solved these two issues.

It was clean and very comfortable. Good location close to a supermarket and cafe.

I suggest adding instructions for use of washing/drying machine. Also adding lights that light up automatically between the outer door and the actual room.
