Stylish & Spacious 3 bedroom apartment by the Sea

Location. A private bathroom for each bedroom plus a 1/2 bath in hallway. The place was spacious for the 4 of us.

Spacious yes but stylish no. The host did not send me the door access code until 7:15pm. The place was still being cleaned at 9pm. The linens were clean but stained. The couch needs a cleaning. The kitchenware is in bad shape. The host never provided information about the apartment other than the wifi code and parking. Though I asked, we were never informed what to do with our trash or if and where there was a safe room in the building.

The manager had forgotten that we were arriving and the apartment had not been serviced. We had booked and paid for our stay well in advance. When we arrived at the apartment the manager took 2 hours to respond whilst we waited in the building foyer(thanks to other residents who knew the apartment was on booking.com), and allowed our family to waited, some hours in the lobby with our baggage. At 7pm the cleaner arrived, she apologised but was not advised we were arriving Manager did not respond to messages and follow up calls. alls whilst we had no response. The kitchen was as the previous guest had left it, dirty pans put back in the cupboard, leftover foodstuff on shelves in fridge. The cleaner changed the bedding, did the dishes, whilst we stood around. The next day fir the first time we received a call back from the manager who was not very apologetic but offered a refund and to have the cleaner return, arrange wifi be reconnected. None of this happened during our stay. We went bought cleaning products, washed the floors cleaned the kitchen fridge, shelves, pans left dirty in cupboards, floors, our feet were black walking around without shoes. Very frustrated seeking help from customer service for a refund agreed with the manager who sent us an email copy if the instruction to refund 1500 shekels- we have not received resolution from booking.com.

Right on the seafront, with a million-dollar view, with one parking space in the parking lot, but free public parking on the street outside.

Ask for current photos of each room taken the week before you arrive.

This is not the first time I use the site's services. I have never encountered such irresponsibility, lack of response, lack of trust and disdain for the customer! After I closed a deal with the website and when I did not receive the instructions for the apartment including a key to the apartment, I tried on my own initiative to contact you dozens of times in all ways, whether it is by WhatsApp, by email, by messages, by phone and I was left without an answer! After that I turned to the booking website, they also tried to contact you and you didn't answer them! I did not receive the order and instructions in time! I waited outside the apartment when I was supposed to receive it according to the rules of the site! And the apartment was locked without anyone guiding me! Until 15:45 there was no answer! I waited outside, in 40 degree heat, on the street, during check-in hoping there would be someone to give me instructions on how to enter the apartment. And there was no one! There is a lack of credibility here towards the customer!! I think your entire conduct from the first moment was flawed! The lack of response to the customer, the statement that you sent a message the night before while until 15:45 you didn't even know there was an order! You promised to provide a service on a reputable website and you didn't keep your promise! I have a lot of heartbreak from this whole story

Spacious apartment with an amazing view. The Location was wonderful.

Perfect location, well priced, clean, and spacious.

Biggest point: The place advertises 9 beds, but actually has only 3 beds!! We are a group of 6 individuals and we were forced to sleep together in double beds. The is absolutely no help from the owner. We asked for towels (there were 8 towels for 6 people, 4 nights - not enough) - and they did not provide them. We asked to add beds as advertised - nothing. Some of the washing rooms lacked soap. Even the sofa did not have sheets to convert it to a bed. Everything was "as is". In addition, the instructions to get in were lacking, but we communicated with the owner and it was sorted.
