Shower head is problematic. Not firmly attached and sprays water erratically but could be a simple fix.

Unique location, literally in the midst of the action in the Old City. Max ten minute walk to everything; sights, shopping, food, people-watching. The room seems to have been part of the ancient city, with 3-foot thick stone walls and 20-foot high arched ceilings, furnishings minimalist but modern and functional. Key codes made getting in easy. When we called with questions when we arrived, the owner showed up in person in minutes. A bonus - our laundry was done overnight for free.

Didn't get answers to my concerns (only communication email through Booking.com) until just before arrival. A phone number would have been helpful for planning. No instructions supplied for details like how to use the coffee maker, oven, get hot water in the shower, or suggestions, such as where to eat, best shops, etc. It's hard to find and a longish walk down cobbled stairs, making getting your roller bags there impractical. We left them in our rental car in a parking garage, a ten-minute walk away, outside Jaffa gate. We carried in the most needed items in our backpacks, but wound up making other trips for additional things.

Awesome location in the middle of the christian market. To explore the old city this is the best and also city hall and new jerusalem is just a few steps away. It's a comfy bed with ac and tv (no netflix) in a historical building. Bathroom is nice and you have a fridge and coffee machine, no full kitchen - ideal for a city trip. Our host Mike was really awesome, very attentive and caring, helpes us immediately with every question we had ❤️ The apartment is very cool because of the thick stone which was perfect, we did not even need the AC. The apartment is located very centrally and close to many mosques and churches, so light sleepers potentially wake up to the bells and prayers - very authentic though.
