Pool side luxury suite at Royal Park-New Listing

The apartment is spacious and stylish. The host was very kind and let us check out late on Saturday. The communication with the host was excellent. He checked us in on time. There's a self-checkout. There were 2 free parking spaces available for us - one at the building's parking lot and another, just behind the building. The apartment has essential utilities for cooking (dishes, salt, oil, pans, cutting boards, etc.).

The apartment is not as clean as it should be, we found a chunk of hair on the balcony and some straws behind the sofa. In addition, the bathtub was dirty. The pool is also dirty and closes early (5 p.m.). As was mentioned in some previous reviews, there's very loud music coming from the hotel nearby. Only with closed windows and shades it was bearable. The music was turned off only at midnight or so. The sofas in the living room are broken (their legs are falling), which makes it very hard to sleep on them. The mattress in the second bedroom is very hard.

Very good location, very nice complex and a very large pool. The appartement is safe, comfortable and have good quality furniture

The bath little bit old and not so clean

The location is great, close to everything. The apartement is clean, spacious and fully stocked with dishes for cooking. There is secure parking for one car, which is conveniently right near the entrance to the building. We enjoyed the swimming pool, short walks to the promenade and restaurants close by.
