Замечательный вид на марину с лодками)). Большой хороший телевизор со спутниковым телевидением. Хороший напор воды в ванной.

Очень грязно, пол грязный, ванна в волосах, как и всё, даже на фасадах кухни были чёрные волосы, бельё- мятое, синтетическое, воду для чая и кипячения приходилось покупать, так как после кипячения известь превращалась в белые хлопья с налётом на посуде. Всего лишь надо поставить фильтры очистки для воды. В квартире давно не было ремонта, очень старая сантехника и мебель. По всей квартире стоят искусственные дешёвые цветы😂 ощущение, что ты на кладбище. Под окнами до двух часов ночи работает пивной ресторан, большой шум от него. В соседний квартире мужчина вечером курит каждые пять минут, весь запах идёт через окна внутрь. Очень грязные окна. Кондиционер не включали, так как решётки чёрные от грязи.
