מיקום קרקע חניה

1. חדר שינה ללא מזגן 2. ספה ברמה שלא ראויה למגורים - ריח וחורים כתוצאה מסיגריות. 3. חוסר מענה ,קפץ החשמל בלילה ונתקעתי בלי חשמל כל הלילה בלי עזרה או הכוונה איפה נמצא הארון חשמל. 4. פיקדון 300₪ דרך ביט תוך הסכם שאקבל בצ׳יק ההאוט מה שלא קרה ללא סיבה ברורה. 5. ההגעה של בעל הנכס בציק האוט ודרישה ממני לנקות!? את הנכס. 6. מקלחת עם חור ניקוז גבוה יותר מהגובה של הרצפה מה שגורם להצפה אחרי כל שימוש במקלחת ואז צריך לגבגב את המים אל מחוץ דירה!? 7. מיטה מסודרת עם ״אבן״ מתחת למיטה ממש לא נוח וגם קצת מסוכן יכול לקרוס כל רגע. התקלה היחידה הנראית לעין היא שהרוכסן של אחת מהכריות בספה פתוח ולא נקרע כנראה מה שכבר היה וכוסה עם שמיכה ולא נזק שקרה…. השטיפה לספה קרתה על דעת עצמי כי הריח היה בלתי נסבל ונאלצתי לשטוף ולהחזיר שיתייבש
