"Very good flat with no issues in stay. Could be better with provision of lighting in corridor."

It is very close to the centre of Lavasa. Or you can say its almost at the centre of Lavasa. House was clean with all the required stuff - Good bedding, Kitchen with refrigerator, good furniture.

Lights in corridor was not there and lift switches were broken. In general most of the Lavasa building are like that but these can be maintained better.

"Ok type staying facility."

Lake view from the flat.

Overall stay in facility on 4th floor, lift wasn't working properly...AC is fixed on one mode, you cannot change the settings, AC only in 1 bedroom. Toilet door not locking properly. No restaurant around for basic tea / coffee. Overall will not recommend for shorter stays.

Good view from the apartment, spacious 2 bhk apartment with basic furnishings available. Good for a weekend outing.

Daily cleaning of the apartment was missing within the cost and our apartment was stacked with unnecessary cleaning and painting stuff which made the apartment feel shabby.The society is not maintained , in fact complete lavasa city is not maintained and has neglected infrastructure.
