Ac not working tv not working building was under renovation there is no staff to attend us it was just wastage of money

Hotel making us fool they us looting us by given room in under renovation building making us fool I will file case against hotel in consumer forum soon I have of the hotel ac was not working tv was not working dirty rooms I have all the avidance like video of the hotel n recording of the hotel staff who are not able to support, I can't expect it from booking .com too

It was a private room, the caretaker appeared to be drunk and was not able to even converse with us, he just told us that it was necessary to give the money in advance and after getting paid, he just took off. We didn't get any towels or toiletries. The caretaker didn't respond to any calls we made about issues we faced. Overall it was the worst experience I've ever had.

Location is good

B5/106 villa caretaker Ankit is useless. One of the AC was not working and they were least bothered, he took the complete money and after one day did not bother to pick the call up or reply to your messages. There is no maintenance in this apartment

The hotel in itself is good ... But don't book the serenity apartments as it's by private hosts and no facilities provided are supported by the hotel.

Dirty linen. Dirty washrooms. You are not allowed to have food in Hotel's restaurant event after paying. No housekeeping or room service support...Very Pathetic experience. Not recommended at all.
