Aloha Serenity Apartments

Location is great

While booking for it on booking apps, it didn't clearly indicate that facilities available for guests of apartments were limited in comparison to those available to guests of hotels/rooms, "in house guests", as the restaurant staff there referred to when they informed us that they don't serve to guests of apartments.

I had booked the apartment and got confirmation mail...still when I reached their at 11 at night I didn't got the keys and the contact number given to us had not picked up our call. We had somehow arrange our stay at other hotel

Apartment was as good as Hotel room. Space of the apartment and amenity provided were the added advantage. Staff was very helpful.

Especially the host was wonderful.

Could have been a little more economical

Location was ok

Cleanliness of the rooms. There were insects moving in the room. Rain water came inside the room. Overall up keep off rooms we’re not in good taste and not worth the value of the money.

Everything was good

not clean, the matress on bed was uncomfortable shower was not working in bathroom kitchen was stinking do not provide toileteries as per the money they charge take ur towels they might say not available credit card is not accepted restaurant/ breakfast is not included
