Palolem Sunrise Apartment

Very spacious apartment with a seating area, sleeping room, small kitchen, and bathroom. The place was easy to find and check-in worked very well and fast. Everything worked well: AC, fans, power outlets, toilet, shower. The place looked clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. We felt safe here. It's a rather short walk to the beach and there's a nice coffee place very close. Value for money is great if you want a bit more space and an option to cook on your own.

We prefer white bedding and a real comforter cover, something that is not offered here. We weren't sure which parts of the bedding were washed after every guest and didn't feel very comfortable sleeping there. The linen had holes and stains. It was a bit noisy at night from barking dog groups (not under the control of the apartment). WiFi could be better and more stable.

Manju was super friendly and a big help organising our ongoing trips. Amazing value and size of the place. A street behind the main strip but with a more local feel - great location. Clean and tidy.

I highly recommend anyone to stay here if visiting goa. Oh my god from start to the finish of the holiday we were so so well looked after. The kindness shown by the owner and his wife. They couldn’t do enough for you. I felt so secure and safe here. The apartments are spacious and have great facilities. The apartment is about 5 min walk to beach. Very clean and lovely. I highly recommend them.

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, quiet place where you can have a rest, all the facilities are in good condition. It takes 5–7 minutes to the beach, depending on your pace, 2 minutes to the nearest cafe with quite good choice of food. Owner is very hospitable and ready to help you with anything you ask for.

Well maintained, clean apartment. The owner is really helpful. Would recommend this stay for people who want to stay close to the beach but don’t want to spend a fortune.
