1.The refund policy varies from that of mentioned on booking.com 2. The staff didn't help us with our luggage, we had sr.citizens with us but still no help. 3. When we checked in there no electricity supply. 4.Rooms were dirty and smelly. 5. No water in the morning, afterwards it resumed but it was dirty. 6. The bed was broken. 7. Too many mosquitos and no repellent was provided.

Honest and cooperative Security guard at the gate.

They charged 500 Deposit for the Keys. But didnt remind me of the deposit while I was checking out. I was in a hurry and forgot to ask back the money. If proactively money is collected from customers while checkin why is the staff not proactive to refund the deposit amount?

there is no service. for every thing we have to call reception and they will give another number to call. rooms are not provided with hotel facilities and everything thing has to be asked. breakfast awful Eden road side food will be better than this
