The Food

1. The management people are true followers of Booking.com. Irrespective of the quality, they are very keen on 12.00 pm checkout. 2. Cancelling the booking on Booking. Com is advised by the management. 3. Reception people are encouraging the refund but the management is arrogant and refusing the refund. 4. Pigeon issue on the window side 5. Noisy old AC 6. No lift but the room availability is only on 3rd floor. 7. No water bottles provided. 8. No coffee/tea available during checkin. Overall Worst Management Not recommended for peaceful stay Literally our holidays were ruined because of this stay.
