Loction was easy to reach.

I have used Rischa's home earlier also and I had an amazing experience but this time I m not satisfied with the new property. AC's was not working well and furniture was also not clean and fixed. Some of the drower were not even closing.

Studio apartment and providing of basic utensils

AC is not working in the room given to me.

Location and Cleaning.

Not a value for money stay and few things like Toilet exhaust/sprays not working in room.

About the property what I liked is nothing.

I will begin with the parking - 1) Parking was so difficult to find, the location shared was wrong. It took 15 mins to find the parking lot as there are no guidelines. 2) There’s a lift pass which the property owner should provide for the time being but we had to pay extra 2000rs (which of course the property owner refunded after our stay) but this is so unacceptable because if we wouldn’t have paid this amount- we wouldn’t have been able to go out of property even in emergency so we were left with no other choice but paid 2000 extra as a security deposit. 3) I booked a room with a balcony (for which I paid an extra amount) the door of the balcony was stuck so hard that we were not able to open it. After calling the house keeping, we were informed that it will be open tomorrow after they call the carpenter. For which I haven’t got the refund yet (for the amount i paid extra for balcony) 4) The bed sheet was dirty and so were utensils. We had to wash them by ourselves before using. 5) The drainage in the washroom was not working and the water flew till the room’s floor 6) We asked the property owner for the induction (included in the price what we paid) - it was provided after 3 hours (after multiple reminders) 7) The network is too low at the property. 8) The microwave was provided but microwaveable utensils weren’t. There are more little things which I do not want to talk about but overall, this property has been a worst experience for me!! I don’t know why people have given good ratings to this property but trust me, it’s not worth it at all! Thanks!

We were given top floors which had great view and wind and nice balcony.

The smell in the rooms, and the people near the lifts, Mostly couples. Lifts stopped working for a while.
