The location is good and it is neat and clean.

The staff behavior is too bad and care taker is unprofessional. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Location and surroundings

The owner asked for 10000 advance two months before the date of stay. On the date of our arrival he called at least 10 times asking where have we reached. After reaching he made us pay in full before alloting the rooms.

The location

We got a room where the toilet light and exhaust fans were not working. The ceiling fan regulator was broken. My children could not sleep as the place had Red ants all over the room and we were forced to shift room after a struggle of an hour that too after a tiring day. Had to ask for Towels and Blakets which ideally should be in the room, the care taker couldn't understand English, was another problem. My key learning was, NEVER ACCEPT A ROOM WITHOUT INSPECTION...

Property location is great. Vegetarian North Indian restaurant just around the corner.

Caretaker was awful. He was never reachable and there was no water in the kitchen. No toiletries were provided towels were not in very good shape. Leading the edit did not arrive as we stayed for two nights.

This place is 1.5km from the beach at a very quiet spot. The apartment is so big and spacious. That was really wonderful. The host gave us information about sights is the neighbourhood. The beds were very comfortable. Not too hard or soft. The kitchen has a kettle, a toaster, stove, and microwave. We really enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was not that well equipped. But after asking, we got some plates and spoons. Fot me, the biggest issue is that it could have been much cleaner. The other spaces were very clean. Big fridge, but it could also use a good clean. If fridge door stays closed when not is used, it will stink. Tip: keep door open until it is use
