"Cozy and clean place to stay"

Rooms were clean, well-furnished & and the stay was comfortable. Host was affable, amiable and amicable; and was reachable at all times. Breakfast was homemade and delivered to the room by the host. Space for parking was available within the premises.

Other than the fact that the location is a little away from most of the tourist attractions, nothing negative about the stay. Hopefully will add option for dinner as well.

"Excellent, value for money"

The Proprietor Abdul is a warm and friendly person and looks after the guests well and guides them to nearby tourist destinations by providing Google Map and tips. The property is spacious, good and had all the amenities including Refrigerator, Washing machine and TV also Sofa Set and 2 Bedrooms. Toiletries including towels, soap, tooth paste and even some kitchen items like Sugar, Tea Powder was available. Overall it is a very good home stay apartment worth every penny.

Veg Restaurants are far and that is the only drawback

We had a very pleasant stay at royal residency during our trip to Kottiyoor temple. Rooms were spacious and clean and very much suitable for families with kids. The owner was very helpful and he guided us with directions and also helped us plan our travel timings to arrive at the spot without challenges. The hotel is located close to the temple which makes it a very convenient option for long distance travelers like us. Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable family stay option near Kottiyoor temple.

Remote area, good people, affordable and pleasant stay. The owner was kind and caring, we felt like staying in our own home. Homely food prepared for us was a thoughtful gesture, loved the experience. Happy Customer, definitely recommend!
