The rooms was ok

The people where rude at the hotel and they took extra charge from me which was not listed on booking.com and not only that they didn't give the rooms which where listed on booking they said it was already full and gave other option

Bedrooms and Kitchen and Hall size is good

Service is not good . WiFi not since check in until check out

one room fan speed was very low.

The location is good. It is away from the City Center and the atmosphere is quiet. Well apart from the ocassional sounds of the Peacocks present in the Police Commissioner's home behind the apartment. Chamundi Hills and some of the other tourist attractions are close by and travel time is absolutely nothing in comparision what with people experience in Bangalore.

There's a lot of difference between the images shown on booking.com and what we saw on entering the apartment. We were given Apartment #06 on the 3rd Floor. The bathrooms are really small, bathroom fittings are rusted, there is no provision for a stool to take bath (not eveyone prefers taking bath under the shower, older folk will have a tough time in the absence of a bathroom stool). Looked like a Sink for handwash had broken and they hadn't bothered to fix it. The lift itself needs some maintenance as we could hear some unusual sounds when the lift came up from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. We were asked to shell out additional 500 per day for the AC remote. It was humid in Mysore at this time of the year and we could've done with the use of the Air-Conditioning. Parking for large SUVs is cumbersome. You either need to park outside the premises (only 1 can be parked outside) or wait for an empty slot within the building. Taxi operators could be seen parking their cars in the basement and waiting for their customers. Overall, in terms of value, there was a lot that was missing. I've stayed in better properties for much lesser accommodation cost.
