Very neat and good ambience

Basic toiletries and towel should have been provided

The host was available, helpful and non-intrusive. Very supportive. The place is also calm and peaceful neighborhood. Much before I checked in, the host called and sent me the location pin which allowed me to reach his place without any difficulty. The rooms and spacious and clean. The breakfast was delivered in a large tiffin carrier and was more than adequate for a family of four. The rooms can accommodate up to 6 people easily.

Unfortunately, a new temple was being inaugurated nearby whose chants of mantras disturbed us till very late in the night only to resume early the next day. This happened on both the days we stayed. Hopefully this will not recur as it is a quiet neighborhood otherwise.

The break fast ok iddily vada & fine no frills. location was quiet , lot of open air, the host Mr Rangaraj rtd AGM is a real gentle man, he gave us suggestions on beaches near by, temple timings, restaurants etc. His property is having so much greenery, drip irrigation systems etc. The lift is a real boon for old peoples. a very pleasant stay, likes to visit again.

Very clean flat. Beautiful place all around with a delicious breakfast which was served. . Lifts in the building was a bonus as we had elderly with us. Water filter for drinking water was good. . Very helpful and friendly host. The owner introduced me to a taxi guy 'Khan' who was amazing. I ended up hiring him for 6 days and took him for an onwards journey by road to Poovar and Trivandrum.

No towels provided and No shower gel or shampoo provided. (Looking at the list of facilities these are not mentioned however these are basic stuff and should be provided) For a party of 6 only 4 blankets were given however when asked the host quickly provided two additional blankets. Holes in bedsheets. No A/C in living room, it gets very hot thus the turdle bed in living rooms were difficult to use. Basic kitchen. Not even 6 plates, cups or spoons.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming .They treated us like family.They even arranged transport for us on request,helped us plan our day and made sure we had a comfortable stay.The driver,Mr.Ayub Khan was also a wonderful guide and a sweet person. The whole apartment was clean and hygienic.The beds accommodated 2 people comfortably.One apartment was suitable for our family of 6.The bedrooms had an AC each and one of the bedrooms had an attached bathroom.The utility room had a washing machine and a ceiling clothes hanger.A 10 on 10 for sure.

We loved everything about the place.Nothing to dislike.

The location, the size of apartment, facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious everyday. he owner very nice and helpful.
