"Worst service!"

Location was okay. Room size was good.

Everything. The furniture was broken and untidy. Beds were totally uncomfortable. AC cooling was not proper. No cleanliness. No water bottles provided. A water can is kept on each floor. Towels looked blackish in colour. Blankets are really thin and low quality. When I requested an extra blanket for my parents, I was not provided with it. There is no lift. Host helped to take my bag during check-in. However he was not available during check-out and I had to take my 20kg+ big bag from 2nd floor without any help. There is no such thing as service in this property.

Location was excellent. Clean and neatly maintained property.

Enough bedsheets were not provided for the headcount. 1 sheet per bed and 2 additional sheets wouldn't be enough for a family with 8 people (Inclusive of 3 elderly persons)Also, Check-in and Check-out time could have been calculated 1 day from the time of check-in.
