The Guest House is well maintained. The location is also pretty good. A couple of very good eating places nearby.

Cleanliness could be improved

It is a 3 bed room cottage. All 3 bed rooms have attached toilet. All rooms have A.C. All rooms have T.V. A big common drawing room and common dining space available there. All 3 toilets have geysers. All rooms are well decorated, specially drawing room's decoration is extraordinary. A big elephant model is there at drawing room. Cooking facility is there. A kitchen with LPG connection and cooking utensils are available there. This property is at walking distance from Shri Padmanavaswamy temple. Host Mr. Biju Ravindran is a very humble and polite person. He is very cooperative and responsive also.

There is no water purifier like Kent or Aquaguard at this guest house. But they provided 20 litre jar of water. We didn't drink that and we purchased Bisleri packaged drinking water from nearby shop. The entry road to this property is very narrow, a 14 seater traveller can go with some difficulty.

The owner is friendly and helped us in all the means

staff Mr Birju has been amazing.

Cleanliness was poor. basic amenities like towel in bathroom etc were not provided. No provision of even tea or coffee in the house. adequate glasses for water not provided. overall a very poor option for home stay. there is a big elephant statue in the dining hall. Also a video camera in the lobby. they were creepy

Privacy and independence. No disturbance at all
