The amenities were ok

No service by a very arrogant caretaker. Horrible maintenance of the place.

Internet was good and apartment had lots of space. Owner was responsive to requests.

Apartment needs a deep cleaning. Bathroom and kitchen were disgusting. We had no running water in the apartment for most of our stay. Turns out we needed to push a button outside to have running water again. There were barking dogs all night long making for a rough night of sleep. When we arrived we needed to call to have someone meet us at the apartment. There was just a tiny trickle of water in the shower when water was restored. Not a place to stay for foreigners as we were unfamiliar with how to restore the running water. (On the plus side, when we inquired about water issue, it was resolved quickly.)

Working fridge, tv, internet connection

- Had to wait more than 15 mins while checking in despite of multiple reminders about our check in time. - Had to pay full amount as per their “rule”. However the owner was okay to get it early next day. I paid it immediately. - No receipt from the property and they tried to convince me that the booking confirmation from booking.com is the receipt. I think booking.com should have a look at this. They charged me the GST amount as calculated by booking.com but there was NO gst number. - No toiletries except a soap. Handwash was there but the push button non functional and the liquid seemed to have expired- looked very old. - Beds are just 6’. So if you more than 5’-6” taller, you will have to “adjust” 😂😂
