First of all , Host darshan shah is amazing person and take care of our every need and we get service on time. Beautiful place. Recommend to all but booked your hotel-appartment in honest homes only. Few listing are fraud.

"Room not clean, staff not cooperative specially reception and room service."

Room service, even i want to pay for room service then also reception not send anybody for 45 min, staff are not cooperative, specially room service and reception.

"Iโ€™d pay more for a real hotel next time, definitely avoid this place if you can and pay a bit more for a better experien"

- was relatively comfortable for the price - close to the centre of Surat

- the pool you have to pay extra to use - tried to charge us 1000 rupees for an extra bed sheet which is crazy - everyday there was weddings so the whole building was very very loud
