S4 Sruthi Service Apartments

The apartment location is good. Apartment was built nicely with careful consideration.

The apartment was NOT maintained properly.. 1/ Aircon in the 1 BHK was noisy even after we complained nobody take any action.☹️ 2/ Too many mosquitoes ☹️ 3/ The sofas were NOT cleaned regularly hence the dust and dust mites affected my husband very much 🥲 we had to buy blankets to cover the sofas before we sit on them 😒 4/ Even the toilets were NOT washed clean. I had to buy the cleaning stuff and wash them. 5/ The curtains are not washed regularly…the dust were so thick on them.. Especially during COVID I don’t understand why these thing are not washed properly. 6/ The bathroom water tap were rusty 7/ The water heater was not working and after 2 days of complaint then it was fixed. The owner should get someone to clean the premises regularly and the managers should visit the location often rather than to leave everything to the security to handle along with the cleaning! The security can only do to a limit.

I liked the house it was too good and comfortable, i liked the location too

There are no shops near by my saviour was swiggyinstamart and dunzo.. There were only 2 or 3 kitchen utensils provided
