Premium Luxury -1BHK at Candolim Beach with Free Wifi and Pool

Property is at a very good location. Child friendly and centralised as you can go easily to all around the places like candolim beach, Aguada fort, LPK, Panjim and etc

1. Beautiful apartment, well maintained and peaceful 2. Felt very homely, ample space to move around. 3. People and neighbours are nice and polite 4. Beach and market both are at a close distance 5. Safe environment for everyone to mice freely

1. Society doesn't allow door step delivery like swiggy Or zomato, after 11:00, which is inconvenient 2. Pool wasn't very clean on the first day of arrival, was cleaned later on. 3. Cleaner wasn't available as unfortunately he / she was on leave.

Had a really nice stay at this place. Mr Rodrigues was really nice; he contacted us one day prior to our booking. The arrival was comfortable with caretaker waiting at the main gate. The apartment is just 10 min walk from main candolim market and probably another 5-10 min from the beach. It is located within a gated (sun n sand) society with security at the main gate. All amenities were present in the apartment with kitchen having ample utensils. Cleaning up is done on daily basis. I stayed with two children; one being of 8 months. Felt just like at home.

The flat is spacious with all facilities

Almost everything was fine, the only challenge was to contact caretaker. He was so much busy and took more time to connect with him. He is handling 10-15 flats so that he didn't pick my call as he was busy in managing other people at the same time.

Its a service apartment, we cannot expect complimentary breakfast. Kitchen is excellent, with all utilities.

Swimming Pool, its bit small. Lot of security question, while entering into the property
