It is to bring to your notice, that the stay in 2 bhk accommodation provided in Tata Rio, was far from satisfactory. The flush was not working in one bath room ,The plumber came promptly and set it right at night the day we checked in ..It was temporary as it did not work again in the morning .Even in the 2 nd bathroom, the flush did not work sometimes..Also in bedroom we used fan ( due to cold we did not use AC fully) .But the fan had no control knob and it was at high speed and uncontrollable resulting very disturbed sleep.The next morning the non working of flush put us in more discomfort and delayed our morning plan. Complained to owner in the morning .A team of electrician , plumber came by noon and were carrying out repair work. Instead of a comfortable stay we were put to discomfort for no fault of us. Hence we decided to move out and not stay there. Though  the owner talked about arranging another place in the same building ,we decided against due to our initial experience as we did not want our holiday to be spoiled. Out of 4 night stay we stayed one night ie 25%>We requested owner to partially return the money we paid for 4 nights.. Even partial pay of 50% ie he gets 50% though only 25% was used. The owner refused to return any money. We emphasize that it was not our fault to get a uncomfortable place to stay .We are thoroughly dissatisfied on the whole ..We once again request that atleast 50% to be returned to us ,in the absence of which your site will get an unfavorable mark.

You need to have a car because there are no restaurants or shops near.

It was a clean, well maintained apartment with all required amenities. Check in and check out was contact free and breezy with no hassles.

The previous guest seemed to have smoked within the apartment, leaving bad odour and we had to struggle to rid that. For food we had to depend on Swiggy and Zomato with few options nearby

Looks good on pictures. Inner yard is very nice. Property manager assistant was helpful. The flat is large. It might be fine to stay overnight, but not as good as promised. Not value for money indeed.

Not very clean property. When I came in the air was not clean, felt sprayed with some allergic chemicals. When I arrived the elevator was not working and a guard told me to use stairs (+2 floors from the ground). Interior was partially finished, with multiple electric cords everywhere, wall colours leftovers and ugly plastic elements. It looks like the flat was slightly decorated just to look good on pictures. For sales, but not for leaving. There are multiple disturbing construction sites right in front of the windows. The wi fi was working from time to time. I ve agreed to stay for a night just because host promised to change the apartments. But next day I found out that even a pool is not working on Mondays. So if you are attracted by a pool or facilities, it may be not available 15% of the time. Shower water is yellow.
