Rosean Homestay Self Service Apartments

Quiet, off the road but close enough to the beach and everything else. Absolutely fantastic host who is kind, attentive to any requests.

Great place, it's close to everything but also quiet and relaxing. Location is easy to walk to the gym, beach, cafes, very cool having my own basic kitchen and big outdoor balcony. The room itself is very clean, bathroom/shower is good, hot water always. Owner is a great guy, will help out with anything and make sure you have everything. The room is also big too, for the price, the value is really good, I feel like for longer stays it's ideal.

Nothing, for the price this place totally exceeded my expectations.

A great hotel in my favorite location. There is water and air conditioning, they clean up often, in the morning, I asked them to clean up in the afternoon-everything was done, a pleasant and adequate host.There is a refrigerator, a kitchen and a small balcony. I liked the hotel, I will come again, the price and quality are excellent

The landlord Mr. Sandeep is a nice and trustworthy gentleman. Everything was arranged properly with no additional reminders. The room was clean and equipped with decent WiFi and SmartTV. Also there is a fantastic terrace to enjoy the evenings and nights.

For the "Self service apartment" there could be more dishes and a couple of glasses... Location shown on the map a little differs from the reality. In fact it's on the other side of the Aguada main road so you have to cross it every time you go to/from the beach and cafe/restaurants. Probably not such a big deal for someone else, but I never liked that traffic mess (it's my third time in Candolim) so I would choose another option if I was aware of it. Bathroom is located on the living room level, when the bedroom is on the upper level. It is a little inconvenient as you have to use a wooden stairway to get back and forth. However our greatest disappointment was that that stairway is the same, which serves the neighbours in the next room and our rooms are separated by just a plywood wall. Accordingly you could hear every little noise from the other side. Especially when someone from the other side was walking up or down that stairway. It was something incredible - everything is shaking, including the aluminium frame in the window, which makes a very special loud noise. In the first morning my wife decided that it is someone knocking on our door and sent me downstairs to open it... I can only imagine what a neighbours we were for an older British couple from across the wall, though we tried our best to stay on the terrace in the late time and step as easy as we could on that magic stairway :)) Just in case, we beg your Pardon guys!!!

The service apartment was exactly same that was shown in the images. Room and the facilities were upto the mark. The location is close to the Candolim market road and still it was clam and peaceful. The owner Mr Sandeep Rodrigues gave us a warm welcome and gave us really insightful suggestions during our stay. We will definitely stay here the next time we are visiting Goa.
